If you’re passionate about providing high-quality dental care and making a difference in your community, we’d love to hear from you! ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 1. Duties: Provision of services within the Standards of Practice as outlined in the American Dental Association (ADA) guidelines for dentistry. These are specified in the MCHC SOP. 2. Responsible for accurate and confidential records. 3. Responsible for accurate intra-oral radiographs and their processing. 4. Conduct a complete examination of dental patients. 5. Prepare cavity and fill both primary and permanent teeth. 6. Give injections of anesthesia and extract diseased teeth. 7. Apply fluoride treatments to the patient’s teeth. 8. Root canal therapy. 9. Gingival curettage, scaling root planning, and prophylaxis. 10. Perform minor surgeries.
