Our team is committed to delivering personalized care to each of our patients. Our work week is Monday, Tuesday, Thursday. Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and reliable RDA to join our team. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about dentistry, detail-oriented, and dedicated to ensuring the comfort and well-being of our patients. As an RDA in our office, you will play a key role in assisting the dentist, preparing for the day's appointments, and providing excellent patient care. Job Duties: Greet patients and make them feel welcome Check in lab cases Chart prep your patients for the day Assist the dentist during dental procedures, including chairside assisting and passing instruments Take x-rays Place fillings (if EFDA) Provide oral hygiene instructions to patients Sterilize dental instruments and maintain equipment Prepare and maintain dental materials, such as cements, impression materials, and restorative materials Keep rooms stocked.
