Job Overview: We are a private practice office seeking a dedicated hygienist to join our team and take great care of our growing patient base. Our ideal candidate would be looking for a long-term position to grow with our practice. We have a modern office with updated technology and equipment. A new hygiene operatory was just built out for this position. This is a full-time or part-time position, 2-4 days a week with competitive pay and benefits. Compensation package and hourly pay negotiable. Benefits include PTO, paid holidays off, health insurance (full-time), and 401k with matching contribution. We prioritize learning and give a CE allowance to invest in our the team members Duties: - Registered PA Dental Hygienist License-Required - Perform dental radiographs and other medical imaging procedures (Digital with Nomad) - Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records - Follow strict infection control protocols Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent required - Registered PA Dental Hygienist License - Proficiency in Open Dental software preferred but not required - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
