Handling of all financial affairs of the practice with patients including but not limited to Insurance claim processing, disputes, and postings; Treatment plan and financial arrangement management; account auditing; out-of-pocket assessment per appointment; billing; and overseeing, managing and auditing credit card, 3rd party financing, and truth-in-lending accounts. Dentrix Saavy is a must; MUST know ADA codes and effective filing of procedures; disciplined and methodical; organized and detail oriented; microsoft word and excel saavy; bilingual preferred; pro-active mindset
