Additionally, you will be given ample opportunity to be trained exactly the way we need, which may be different than any dental office in the city. You will be given professional coaching, lots of encouragement, and have very patient, gentle dentists as your servant-leaders (and some totally awesome women as co-workers, who are actually all friends). But we expect results! We work very hard, we play very hard and we are compensated very well as you will see with a performance-based salary.
