We’re a fast-growing and patient-centered private dental office in the Cypress area looking for a warm, friendly, and organized Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our practice! We offer competitive pay, a supportive work environment, and opportunities to grow. • Proficient in a variety of technology systems, especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and able to adapt to new systems quickly • Open Dental knowledge is a plus! • Minimum of 1 year of previous dental experience • Ability to manage appointments, answer calls, and maintain the schedule. • Ability to assist with patient check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries. • Verify insurance and help patients understand billing • Takes initiative • Has excellent verbal and written skills • Ability to recognize problems and problem solve • Ability to accept feedback and willingness to improve • Proficiency in speaking Spanish is a plus Job Type: Full time Schedule: Mon-Fri Hours: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Compensation: TBD based on experience
