Well-established, fee for service PRIVATE PRACTICE seeking a FRONT DESK/TREATMENT COORDINATOR to join our dental family! Our practice is known for our wonderful long-standing happy patients, a beautiful office, and a cohesive and fun team dynamic. Some of our team members have worked 10-20 years at our practice, a testament to the positive workplace culture we cultivate! We need an individual with a personality that will complement our friendly, welcoming office environment and who possess great patient relationship and teamwork skills, a positive attitude and great work ethic. Work hours: Mon-Thurs 7:30am-4:30pm and 2 Fridays out of the month (1 full day and 1 half day) Applicants MUST have: -A minimum of 3 years of treatment coordination experience. -DENTRIX experience. -Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively with colleagues. - Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record keeping. Responsibilities: -Assist the doctor in getting patients to understand and accept the recommended treatment and subsequently coordinate the treatment plan to work for both the patient and the dental office. -Discuss financial options with patients and enter into the computer appropriately. -Schedule patient appointment in appropriate and timely manner in order to maintain full daily schedule and meet production goals -Welcome patients into the office upon arrival, gathering necessary information such as patient demographics, insurance information, and updated health history. -Tracking pending and incomplete treatments -Patient follow ups -Knowledge of case acceptances, budgeting, and insurance -Collect patient payments and post them to their patient ledger -Answer and return incoming calls -Respond to patient, clinical, and operational concerns timely and effectively. -All other duties as assigned -Sales - Present treatment plans, discuss Insurances and finances, and close the cases effectively ensuring high case acceptance. -Schedule - Build a productive Patient Schedule for Providers -Patient Experience - Provide a welcoming, interactive, and an outstanding patient experience, in person and over the phone.
