Our Katy team is seeking someone who is energetic and professional for a Receptionist/Treatment Coordinator position. We need a strong team player with a positive personality and good work ethic. Responsibilities include: -Answering the telephones -Scheduling patient appointments -Creating and reviewing treatment plans with patients -Posting dental codes into charts -Filing insurances -Following up on insurance claims/appeals -Verifying insurance -Collections -Building friendly relationships with referring offices Must have: - A professional appearance and attitude with strong communication and organizational skills. - Education-Highschool diploma or equivalent. - At least 1 year of dental experience. - Reliable transportation - Self motivation - Excellent verbal and written communication skills Skills: - type 50+ WPM, Excel and Word proficiency - experience in the hospitality and sales industry is a PLUS - bilingual is a PLUS.
