Job Title: Hygiene Coordinator Job Type: Full-Time Location: Conroe Dental Associates 333 N Rivershire Dr Suite 280, Conroe, TX 77304 Schedule: Monday through Thursday, alternating weeks Tuesday to Friday About Us: Hello! We are a small, private office seeking a Dental Receptionist for our family-oriented practice. We are looking for a Dental Receptionist with a great personality who embodies these values to join our team and serve as the first point of contact for our patients. Position Summary: As our Dental Receptionist, you’ll be the welcoming face of our office, responsible for managing patient communications, scheduling, and insurance coordination. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our patients feel comfortable, well-informed, and supported through every step of their dental care. If you are organized, empathetic, and enjoy working in a dynamic team environment, we’d love to meet you! Key Responsibilities: Patient Interaction: Greet patients with a warm, welcoming attitude. Assist patients with check-in/check-out processes, address questions, and ensure they feel comfortable. Appointment Scheduling: Manage and coordinate appointments efficiently, including reminders and follow-ups. Handle rescheduling as needed and communicate the cancellation policy. Insurance Coordination: Verify patient insurance information, provide general insurance guidance, and inform patients about reimbursement options. Record Management: Update and maintain patient records with accuracy and confidentiality. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the clinical team to ensure smooth patient flow and provide a supportive, cohesive office environment. Billing and Payments: Assist with processing patient payments, co-pays, and billing inquiries. Requirements: Friendly, customer-focused attitude Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with Eaglesoft is a plus Familiarity with dental procedures What We Offer: Competitive salary, negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
