Compensation: Competitive pay rate based on ORTHO experience and knowledge. Sign-on bonus after 4 months with no call outs. Position: Ortho Dental Assistant with a desired minimum of 1-5 years experience. Bilingual, highly preferred. For a ***Superstar*** candidate demonstrating potential, we are willing to train. However, at minimum, you must be a registered DA in the state of Maryland with certification to take radiographs. We are looking for candidates who are warm, friendly, personable, willing to learn, consistent, reliable and professional. Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Supporting orthodontic care delivery by preparing treatment room and seating patients; chart documentation; sterilization and disinfection of instruments and treatment areas; oral adjustments, bondings; photographs; xrays (pan/ceph); impressions; fitting bands; providing instructions (OH, home care, diet, appliance); Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations.
