Description

We are a small general practice in Centennial looking to add a dental assistant to our office. We are a busy team and each person is critical to the success of our practice. We focus on a more comprehensive approach to dentistry and perform a wide range of services. This position will assist with both Dr’s and will require someone with good organizational skills and an attention to details. Communication and listening skills are essential to both our patient care and keeping the peaceful culture within our team environment. Some of the responsibilities of this position include: Setting up treatment and exam rooms with the necessary equipment and materials for each appointment. Looking ahead through the schedule to ensure we are prepared and ready for patients Updating health history with the patients and notifying Doctors of changes, as needed Helping to keep the doctors on schedule Assisting with ordering supplies Assisting with the maintenance and care of equipment, as needed Helping patients understand treatment plans and scheduling treatment, as needed Assisting with lab cases management This position will have the following workday and hours: Monday 6:45-4:15 pm Tuesday 6:45-4:15 pm Wednesday 6:45-4:15 pm Thursday 6:45-4:15 pm At least 2 years Dental Assistant experience and graduation from a DA program with x-ray certification is required.
