Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in promoting oral health and providing high-quality preventative dental care to our patients. Responsibilities: • Perform routine dental cleanings, periodontal maintenance, and scaling/root planing procedures. • Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventative care. • Take and develop dental X-rays as needed. • Collaborate with the dentist and team to create individualized care plans for patients. • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with HIPAA guidelines. • Stay up to date with the latest developments in dental hygiene practices and technology. • Ensure a clean and sterile environment by adhering to infection control protocols. Qualifications: • Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in [State]. • Current CPR certification. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. • A patient-centered approach with excellent attention to detail. • Proficiency in dental software systems is a plus.
