Job Description: As an RDH, you will be responsible for providing high-quality dental hygiene care, educating patients on oral health practices, and working closely with our dentist to ensure optimal treatment outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Perform routine dental cleanings, including scaling and polishing teeth Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) Assess patients’ oral health, including charting and reviewing medical histories Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventative care Assist the dentist in various procedures as needed Maintain accurate patient records and document treatment plans Sterilize instruments and maintain a clean, safe environment Stay current with dental hygiene best practices and continuing education Qualifications: Current, valid RDH license in [NC] years of experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills Compassionate and caring attitude toward patients Preferred Skills: Knowledge of dental software (Dentrix) Experience with fluoride treatments, sealants, Perio and patient education Ability to provide comfort and manage patient anxiety during procedures Why Join Us?
