Schedule

• Full-time
• Monday - Thursday
• 7:30am to 5:15:pm

Responsibilities

• Scheduling appointments
• Setting up payment plans and collecting fees
• Verifying insurance
• Filling the schedule and following up with inactive patients
• Greeting patients and being a patient ambassador
• Presenting the finances of treatment plans to patients

Qualifications

• 2+ years of prior front office experience is highly preferred
• General knowledge of Windows applications
