KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Greet patients with a warm smile, creating an exceptional first impression. Schedule and manage appointments, ensuring the day runs smoothly. Handle patient inquiries, provide information, and assist with insurance processing. Keep accurate patient records and assist with billing questions.
