We have an outstanding reputation in the community and a warm, welcoming environment for patients and their families. As our practice grows, we are seeking a professional and enthusiastic Treatment Coordinator to join our team. Greet and communicate with patients and families in a friendly and professional manner. Coordinate and manage patient scheduling to ensure efficiency and satisfaction. Assist with administrative tasks, including patient communication via phone and email. Build confidence in prospective patients, helping them choose our office for their orthodontic care. Accurately generate communications to referring offices and new patients as they leave. Accurately record consultation appointments and follow-up communications. Qualifications: Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect and build trust with patients and families. Professional, confident, and persistent demeanor to support patient decision-making. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Previous experience in a customer service, sales, or administrative role is preferred, especially in a healthcare or dental setting. A team player with a positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care. Why Join Us? Be part of a close-knit, supportive team in a well-established orthodontic practice. Enjoy a professional yet personal work environment where your contributions are valued. Opportunity to help shape the patient experience and contribute to their smile transformations.
