Key Details: Work Schedule: 4- or 5-day work week with no weekends. Compensation: Percentage-based compensation for competitive earning potential. Experience Requirement: Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in general dentistry. Location: Austin, TX – a vibrant city known for its cultural scene, beautiful outdoors, and welcoming community. Responsibilities: Perform a comprehensive range of general dentistry procedures, including restorative, preventive, and cosmetic treatments. Provide patient-centered care with a focus on comfort and quality. Collaborate with a professional, friendly team to ensure an excellent patient experience. Maintain a commitment to continuing education and staying current with industry advancements. Qualifications: DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school. Active Texas dental license in good standing. Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in general dentistry. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build trust with patients and the team. Dedication to delivering high-quality, ethical dental care. On average, we see 90 new patients per month. Schedule: MWF we work 8-5 TTH we work 9-6.
