Do you enjoy a wide variety of tasks that utilize all the tools in your skill set? The Doctors Berger Family Dentistry is seeking a full-time Dental Assistant to join our staff. This position requires a Team Player and self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The primary roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Directly assisting the dentist during dental procedures Prioritizing and attending to patient’s needs Supply/instrument set-up Sterilization and disinfection Pouring and trimming models Fabricating temporary crowns Taking impressions and radiographs Perform a wide variety of other tasks and duties Dental Assistant candidates must be experienced in all aspects of general dentistry and have a minimum of 2 years dental office experience (or comparable combination of experience and education). We are looking for a team player who has an upbeat, positive attitude and is available to start immediately. Our office hours are Monday-Thursday from 7AM to 4PM – you will enjoy a 3-day weekend every week! Our busy office is centrally-located in Virginia Beach near the interstate for an easy commute.
