We have an in-house lab with certified dental technicians and an expert doctor on staff. We do not perform general dentistry routinely, do not treat children and we do not participate with dental insurance (although we will help file it on behalf of the patient.) Our practice is a leader in digital technology and quality care. We routinely educate doctors from around the country. Dr. Hogan is a well-respected educator on the local, national and international levels. We have a professional affiliation with The Atlantic Implant Institute as well as leading dental implant and laboratory equipment corporations. We don't have 'employees' and 'assistants.' We have qualified, trained 'technicians' who are career, dental professionals. Come be a part of something bigger than routine dentistry! The applicant will be well-organized and capable of following methodical checklists with a personal attention. Character requirements include but not limited to dedication, loyalty, honesty, integrity, attention-to-detail, diligence, persistence, compassion. Skills required include basic computer processing. Preference is given to applicants with higher education, experience in dentistry and applicable software systems. Once again, we are looking for a people person who loves to help others and assist our work family. You must be a team player, highly self-motivated and dedicated to patients and staff. We reward hard work well financially, but if you are solely motivated by money and we are not the practice for you. You can be very handsomely rewarded but that can not be your drive and focus.
