Qualifications: -High school diploma or equivalent -Completion of a dental assisting program or equivalent experience -NC radiation certification -CPR certification -Knowledge and compliance of health and safety regulations -Proficiency in dental practice management software -Strong communication skills and organization skills -Team oriented mindset Essential Duties and Responsibilities: -Strong understanding of dental procedures -actively assist our providers chairside with exam room preparations, procedures and documentation -Take quality X-rays -Manage scheduling effectively -Patient education -Sterilization procedures -Front desk administration tasks including answering phones, scheduling/confirming appointments, payment collection and billing, insurance verification -Commitment to utilizing a team approach to patient care and office protocols Benefits: -Competitive salary based on experience -bonus opportunities -401 K -Supplement health stipend -PTO and paid holidays -Uniform allowance -Free family dental care
