We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate orthodontic assistant to join our team at Orthodontic Specialists. Responsibilities • Represent the practice with enthusiasm, dedication, and professionalism both in and outside of the office. • Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and ensure optimal operatory readiness for patient appointments. • Assist the orthodontist during procedures such as installing braces, adjusting wires, and removing appliances with precision and care. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting treatment progress and oral health histories. • Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices, appliance care, and post-treatment instructions with enthusiasm. • Demonstrate a passion for creating beautiful smiles and positively impacting patients' lives. Requirements • Experienced Orthodontic Assistant is preferred. • Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination. • Strong attention to detail. • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients of all ages. • Commitment to upholding the highest standards of integrity and excellence. • Passion for innovation and embracing new technologies in orthodontic care.
