Description

Front desk receptionist and appointment coordinator. This is a one dentist practice that is not a network provider for any dental insurance plans. I am looking for a competent, warm, extraverted person who can provide premium customer service for our patients while being an effective communicator and advocate for the practice. Benefits include bonus plan, 6 paid holidays, 401(k) plan, paid vacation, and sick days. This practice is in its 31st year and has a loyal family of patients. Knowledge of dentistry is preferable. Responsibilities include fee collection, insurance claims processing, monthly statements, and scheduling patient appointments. All of our staff members are over 50 so there is no drama and everyone has a tremendous work ethic.
