Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced RDA to join our team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dental office and assisting. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service to patients and assist in coordinating their treatment plans and assisting the doctors. Responsibilities: - Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience - Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar efficiently - Maintain accurate patient records and update information as needed - Assist with treatment plan coordination, including explaining procedures - Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient care Experience: - Previous experience preferred but not required - Familiarity with dental or terminology is a plus - Proficiency in using office phone systems and other relevant technology - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Attention to detail and accuracy in managing patient records - Sanitize Instruments and Workstation -Organize Dental Records and Appointments -Prepare Patients for Treatment -Valid RDA Texas License We offer competitive compensation based on experience.
