Pay: $19-22.03/hr based on experience and qualifications ($1,000 Sign-on Bonus!) Location: 520 Tennessee 76 Suite 9 White House, Tennessee   Schedule: Monday-Thursday 745am-5pm Friday 745am-1pm  Are you a registered dental assistant who is passionate about making a difference in patients' oral health? We are seeking a skilled Registered Dental Assistant to join our team. As our RDA, you will have the opportunity to perform coronal polishing while building rapport with our young patients. We offer a supportive and collaborative work environment where you can grow and develop your skills while making a positive impact on patients' oral health. What You Will Do Must be able to work in a pediatric, child friendly environment Review all hygiene patient charts including; reason and necessity of visit, medical history, and x-ray requirement Verify patient information with parent or guardian, according to HIPAA privacy standards Have coronal polishing certification - We are able to provide a sealant course!  Verify the patient has consent for treatment from parent or guardian Advise parent or guardian what to expect in the visit and address any concerns Charting all existing/missing teeth, existing restorations, and/or dental procedures Obtaining all x-rays necessary in the best quality possible Maintaining accurate clinical notes of each visit Clean and sterilize all instruments following OSHA and company standards. This includes; scrubbing instruments, packing the instruments and processing them through the statim or autoclave sterilizer What You Will Need Current State of TN RDA License Current CPR Healthcare Provider Certification Polishing and Radiology Certification Who We Are Cumberland Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics was formed in 2012 by four dentists with a desire to make a difference.
