Tri-Cities Orthodontic Specialists is seeking a passionate RDA to join our team in providing top-notch dental care to our patients. As our RDA, you will have the opportunity to perform coronal polishing while building rapport with our young patients. We offer a supportive and collaborative work environment where you can grow and develop your skills while making a positive impact on patients' oral health. Schedule: Monday-Thursday: 7:45am-5:00pm / Friday: 8am-12pm What You Will Do Travel between two rotating offices. Must be able to work in kid-friendly environment Provides instrumentation by sterilizing and delivering instruments to treatment area; positioning instruments for dentist’s access; suctioning; passing instruments Provides diagnostic information by exposing and developing radiographic studies Prepares treatment room for patient by following prescribed procedures and protocols. Provides materials by selecting, mixing, and placing materials on instruments and in the patient’s mouth. Clean and sterilize all instruments following OSHA Guidelines. This includes: scrubbing the instruments, packing the instruments, running the instruments through the statim or autoclave What You Will Need Graduate of an approved Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) program.
