Key Duties Chairside Assistance with a Patient-First Focus: Provide skilled chairside support during procedures, using patient-friendly language and ensuring each patient understands and feels comfortable with each step of their treatment. Coronal Polishing Expertise: Perform coronal polishing with care and precision, enhancing the quality and comfort of each patient visit. Patient Preparation & Education: Prepare patients for treatments by explaining procedures clearly and warmly, addressing any questions to make them feel comfortable and informed. Sterilization & Sanitation Standards: Maintain rigorous standards of cleanliness and sterilization, creating a safe, organized treatment environment that reflects our dedication to quality care. Treatment Room Preparation: Efficiently organize and set up treatment rooms, ensuring all instruments and materials are ready to optimize patient flow and appointment timeliness. Collaborative Care & Teamwork: Work closely with both clinical and front office teams to support an efficient daily schedule and contribute to a cohesive, positive work environment.
