Job Summary: As a Front Office Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring their experience aligns with our mission and values. This role involves managing administrative tasks, coordinating hygiene schedules, Check-In, Check-Out, Prep for the next business day, and providing our patients outstanding customer service. Key Responsibilities: • Greet and assist patients warmly, embodying our core values of Integrity and Professionalism. • Schedule patient appointments, including hygiene appointments, ensuring an efficient and productive schedule. • Coordinate hygiene schedules to optimize both patient care and provider productivity. • Verify insurance benefits, obtain pre-authorizations, and handle financial arrangements transparently. • Maintain accurate patient records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations. • Process payments, explain treatment plan costs, and assist patients with financial arrangements. • Communicate effectively with both English and Spanish-speaking patients to ensure comfort and understanding. • Handle general office duties, including answering phones, managing correspondence, and maintaining a clean, organized front office area. Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent Dental Front Office experience of 2+ years. • Minimum of 1 year of front office experience in a dental setting, with hygiene/schedule coordinating experience. • Fluent in both English and Spanish (required). • Strong understanding of dental insurance and billing processes. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. • Friendly and approachable demeanor, with a commitment to providing exceptional patient service.
