Position: Dental Assistant (Full Time) Location: Garland/Richardson, TX Why Join Us? What We Offer: Compensation: $17–$24/hour (based on experience) Schedule: Full-time (Monday–Thursday, with select Fridays based on practice needs) Benefits: Paid Time Off (PTO) and Continuing Education (CE) reimbursement opportunities A positive, team-oriented atmosphere where your contributions are valued Practice Hours: Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Full Team Huddle on Mondays at 7:45 AM Assistant Team Meeting on Thursdays at 7:45 AM Select Fridays: 8:00 AM–1:00 PM Your Role: As a key member of our team, you’ll contribute to an exceptional patient experience by performing a variety of essential tasks, including: Chairside assistance for the dentist during various procedures Sterilizing, organizing, and maintaining dental equipment Capturing high-quality dental x-rays Educating patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care Managing and updating accurate patient records Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment Collaborating with colleagues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations What We’re Looking For: A Texas Dental Assistant license (required) CPR or BLS Certification (required) A positive attitude and strong communication skills Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities A team player who is eager to pitch in where needed Familiarity with Dentrix Ascend (preferred but not required) Why You’ll Love It Here: We believe in fostering a culture where our team thrives both personally and professionally.
