Position: Part-Time Dental Hygienist Location: Garland/Richardson, TX Why Join Us? What We Offer: Compensation: Starting at $47/hour (based on experience) Schedule: Part-time, with potential for full-time in the future Benefits: Paid Time Off (PTO) and Continuing Education (CE) reimbursement opportunities A welcoming, team-oriented culture where your expertise is valued Practice Hours: Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Morning Huddle on Mondays at 7:45 AM Hygiene Team Meeting on Wednesday at 7:45 AM Select Fridays: 8:00 AM–1:00 PM Your Role: As a critical member of our team, you’ll play an essential role in ensuring excellent oral health care and patient satisfaction. Key responsibilities include: Performing thorough dental cleanings and periodontal maintenance Taking high-quality dental x-rays Educating patients about oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care Collaborating with the dentist on patient treatment plans Documenting and maintaining accurate patient records Sterilizing and organizing instruments and equipment Contributing to a positive team atmosphere by assisting as needed What We’re Looking For: A Texas Dental Hygiene License (required) CPR or BLS Certification (required) Strong communication and interpersonal skills A positive, proactive attitude and a team-oriented mindset Familiarity with Dentrix Ascend (preferred but not required) Three years of experience (preferred but not required) Why You’ll Love It Here: We are committed to fostering a supportive environment where team members can thrive personally and professionally.
