We are looking for a friendly and detail-oriented individual who loves working with people to join our orthodontic practice as a FULL-TIME TREATMENT COORDINATOR. Our ideal candidate has a positive attitude, is driven to provide excellent service, and has a high level of professionalism. This role requires excellent verbal skills and experience in filling a diverse array of roles including new patient onboarding, marketing, patient tracking, treatment presentation, and financial presentation. MUST BE ABLE TO TRAVEL TO VARIOUS CHARLOTTE/GASTONIA/BELMONT AREA LOCATIONS. The Treatment Coordinator will work closely with our doctor to provide a high-quality experience to our clients and play a key role in creating beautiful smiles. Orthodontic or dental office experience preferred, Sales experience would be great, but not required.
