Moonglow Denture Specialists is a private, start-up, boutique-like prosthodontic specialist office focused on providing the highest quality dentures, partial dentures, and implant dentures. We pride ourselves in delivering exceptional dentures as well as patient care. We are seeking a full-time front office staff to join our unique practice. Hours: Mon-Thurs 8AM to 5PM Compensation based on skills and experience Qualifications: -Previous front desk experience -Effective communication skills -Organizational skills -Dedicated, motivated, and reliable -Values teamwork -Willingness to learn -Warm and welcoming disposition -Experience with OpenDental software welcome Responsibilities include: -Patient communication -Assist patients during check in/out -Assist patients with scheduling -Assist patients with payment and financing -Confirm appointments -Verify and submit insurance -General administrative duties
