Looking for a personable and skilled Dental Assistant. Become an important part of our small and awesome team! Join an office committed to excellence in beautiful Ojai, CA. Schedule Monday - Thursday: 8am-4pm Morning huddle at 745AM. Occasionally emergencies require working until 5PM. Overtime is given if we work more than 8 hours. Your Role 4-Handed Chairside Assisting: Skillfully anticipate the needs of the dentist while ensuring each patient experiences a sense of comfort and trust. Sterilization and Infection Control: Prepare and maintain clean operatories and supplies. Set Up and Take Down of Operatories: Ensure all tools and materials are at the ready, allowing for seamless transitions between treatments. Guide: Guide patients through their appointments, offering clear instructions and compassionate care, helping to ease any anxiety they may feel. Chart Entry: Contribute to a streamlined process that enhances patient outcomes. Other: Administrative and office tasks that help keep the office humming. Qualifications Radiology License Infection Control License 2+ years of chairside dental assisting experience is a plus! However, we are willing to train the right person for the job. Most importantly, a great attitude towards the work and the team. Compensation Compensation will range from $24-28/hour, depending on skill set and experience.
