We want YOU to be part of our team! Our warm and welcoming office is located in the heart of Garland, and we’re seeking a friendly face to support our patients and staff. With a Monday to Thursday schedule from 6:45 AM to 3:00 PM, you’ll enjoy a healthy work-life balance while contributing to a collaborative and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities: Patient Interaction: Greet patients with a warm smile and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression that sets the tone for their visit. Communication: Answer phones promptly and professionally, addressing patient inquiries, scheduling appointments, and relaying important information. Appointment Management: Efficiently schedule and confirm patient appointments, managing the calendar to optimize the flow of the day and minimize wait times. Insurance Verification: Collect and verify insurance information accurately, ensuring that patients are informed about their coverage and any out-of-pocket costs. We are fee for service and out of network with all insurance. Claims Processing: Accurately file dental claims and follow up with insurance companies as needed to ensure timely reimbursements. Payment Processing: Handle patient payments with accuracy, including posting payments, managing accounts receivable, and discussing payment plans when necessary. What We’re Looking For: - An outgoing personality that shines through in every interaction, making patients feel comfortable and valued. - Experience in a dental front office setting, including but not limited to: - Answering phones with a smile - Scheduling appointments efficiently using dental software - Verifying insurance details and benefits - Filing claims accurately and following up on outstanding claims Preferred Skills: - Familiarity with Dentrix software is a plus! If you have experience with other dental management software, we encourage you to apply as well. - Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to facilitate effective interactions with patients and team members.
