Our friendly, high-tech dental practice in Katy is seeking a dental front desk associate with strong customer skills, ideally bilingual in English and Spanish. Basic duties: Greeting & scheduling patients Answering telephones Verifying insurance Contacting recalls Collecting payments Presenting treatment plans Composing texts & emails in English & Spanish Knowledge of Dentrix is beneficial, but not necessary.
