Position: Seeking a Dental Assistant, 5 day week Monday-Thursday 8-5pm and Friday 8-1pm Requirements: High school diploma or GED, DA II, Radiology certification, CPR certified and at least 3 years' experience (open dental savvy is a plus) We are a 2 provider private state of the art facility located in the heart of Montrose that will do all aspects of dentistry, including endo, extractions, implants, and cosmetic dentistry. We are a fee for service office that accepts only PPO insurance, and we are looking to expand our team. The ideal candidate is a self motivated, detail oriented, flexible, and friendly, dental assistant that can work well both independently and with a group. Duties will include but are not limited to setting up treatment rooms, assisting during dental procedures, assisting dental hygienist when needed, sterilization, send/receive lab cases, answering phones, scheduling patients and occationally front desk duties (ex. collecting patients deductibles/copays,working on recall, unscheduled and broken appointments).
