Join our boutique fee-for-service dental practice specializing in esthetic and comprehensive dentistry. We're seeking a detail-oriented dental assistant with a growth mindset and the ability to learn and adapt quickly. The ideal candidate should have a high level of attention to detail and be proactive, not reactive. At our practice, we do not see a high volume of patients, however the goal is to provide 5 star service to the patients that we care for. If you are able to place a rubber dam for all procedures, that is also a major plus! Key Responsibilities: - Assist dentist during procedures - Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments - Take and develop dental x-rays - Provide patient care and education - Maintain accurate patient records -HIGH level of attention to detail Requirements: - Dental Assistant certification (preferred) - Strong attention to detail - Excellent communication skills - Eagerness to learn and grow professionally - Ability to work effectively in a team environment -HIGH LEVEL OF ATTENTION TO DETAIL and providing the highest quality of patient care -Cross-training is a key component of our practice Hours: Monday-Thursday If you're passionate about delivering high-quality dental care and continuously improving your skills, we want to hear from you!
