We are a state of the art dental office in McKinney, TX that is growing and would be excited to have a professional, detail-oriented and highly motivated front office administrator with an awesome attitude to join our team! Our office is modern, welcoming and will reflect quality to match our brand and vision for the practice. Lots of room for advancement and growth! Applicants should have a minimum of 1 year customer service experience. The ideal candidate will be willing to help in any area of the practice when necessary and have a great personality that will be able to communicate with customers as well as other team members. Prior knowledge of dental software is a plus, but not required as the new team member will be receiving training. Basic computer knowledge is a must in order to succeed in our office as digital utilization will be consistent throughout. Most importantly, great communication and phone skills is a must, as it is utilized so often throughout the day. Great Attitude, willingness to learn and engagement with customers are essential to succeed in this position. We will work in a close team environment and constantly communicate in order to help each other on a daily basis. Responsibilities: Effective phone communication in a friendly manner Patient scheduling Insurance coordination Timely and accurate customer service Handle complaints and specific customers requests Troubleshoot emergencies Monitor stock and order office supplies Ensure company’s policies and security requirements are met Skills Proven work experience as a dental receptionist, business coordinator, bank teller Hands on experience with office machines (e.g. fax machines and printers) Thorough knowledge of customer service Proficiency in English (oral and written) Solid knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word Excellent communication and people skills Good organizational and multitasking abilities Problem-solving skills High School diploma, GED or equivalent *Please send resume Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Paid time off Professional development assistance Retirement plan Tuition reimbursement Vision insurance Schedule: 10 hour shift Weekends as needed Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred) Experience: Customer service: 1 year (Preferred) Medical terminology: 1 year (Preferred) Computer skills: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
