Job Summary We are seeking talented, dedicated, and skilled Associate Dentist for our growing practice in El Paso, TX ( No State Tax). We welcome applicants from California, Arizona, and beyond who are open to relocation to join our amazing team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for providing exceptional dental care to patients of all ages, with a focus on creating a positive and comfortable experience. This role requires proficiency in various dental procedures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment. (Rewarding Opportunity with Earnings of $250K-$400K) Duties Educate patients on oral health and preventive care Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans. Perform a variety of dental procedures including examinations, fillings, extractions, band preventive care. Utilize medical imaging techniques to diagnose dental conditions accurately. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with regulations. Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to ensure efficient patient flow and high-quality care. Educate patients on oral health practices and preventive care strategies. Stay current with advancements in dentistry and participate in ongoing professional development. Skills Proficient in medical imaging techniques and interpretation. Familiarity with dental software such as Eaglesoft and Dentrix for patient management. Experience in pediatric dentistry is highly desirable. Knowledge of four-handed dentistry to enhance efficiency during procedures. Strong understanding of dental terminology and medical documentation practices. Ability to fabricate dental appliances as needed. Excellent patient assessment skills to identify treatment needs effectively. Strong communication skills to foster positive relationships with patients and staff.
