Read on… The Practice ------------------ We are a growing private PPO practice in Mesquite [conveniently located near N Belt Line ; US-80], and we care for our staff just as much as our patients. The Position ------------------ We’re looking for a part-time RDA {Mon-Wed 7am-3pm; Thu 10:30am-6:30pm} who will gel with our culture. We are looking for an experienced RDA but should be easily coachable, energetic, organized, dependable, and have a solid work ethic. The pay range is $18-26/hour, depending on experience, and benefits such as paid time-off and 401(K) are offered after tenure. Does This Describe You? ----------------------------------- • You have a minimum of 5 years of dental assisting experience and current registration • You possess exceptional human relation skills and maintain an outgoing, friendly attitude with patients and team members at all times • You are hungry for learning and growth opportunities • You are organized and are able to complete tasks within time frame • You are trustworthy and can follow-through on processes without oversight • You are methodical and able to work with interruptions & manage multiple tasks What Will You Do? -------------------------- • Ensure patient comfort and care from arrival to exit • Perform clinical procedures and all expanded duties as Texas state laws allow • Maintain all lab supplies and equipment in stock and in orderly, clean condition • Educate patients at every opportunity and encourage patients to begin treatment • Provide comprehensive post op instructions • Maintain a clean and uncluttered environment in the work area • Assist front desk with patient scheduling and phone communication .
