We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our dynamic dental team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care while maintaining a clean and organized dental environment. This role requires a strong understanding of dental procedures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with both patients and staff. Responsibilities - Perform comprehensive patient assessments to evaluate oral health and hygiene needs. - Conduct dental cleanings, including scaling and polishing teeth, while ensuring patient comfort. - Review medical documentation and maintain accurate records of patient treatments and progress. - Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, preventive care, and the importance of regular dental visits. - Manage patients with a focus on creating a positive experience. - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the treatment area, ensuring compliance with health regulations. Experience - Proven experience as a Dental Hygienist or in a similar role within a dental office setting is preferred. - Familiarity with medical documentation processes and documentation review is essential. - Experience in pediatric dentistry is a plus, particularly in managing young patients effectively. - Strong interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with patients of all ages.
