We are looking for an experienced Treatment Plan Coordinator who will embrace our high standards and make an immediate impact in our practice. Our “rock star” Treatment Plan Coordinator should posses the following attributes: A solid background working with Eagle-soft software to manage patient information, create treatment plans, and maintain up-to-date records. He or she should be someone who has the ability to break down/explain complex dental procedures, treatment plans, and insurance benefits clearly, concisely and compassionately to patients. He or she should also be able to effectively explain financial options, costs, and insurance coverage to ensure patients are informed and confident in their care decisions; as well as a team player that thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. You should be ready and able to jump in, support your team, and contribute to the overall success of the practice. Lastly he or she must be motivated to grow; demonstrating excitement about becoming part of a high-performance team and continuously improving your skills and knowledge.
