Established dental office is seeking an full time Patient Coordinator to join a highly reputable two doctor dental practice in the Ballantyne area of Charlotte. This team player must be personable, hardworking and self-motivated. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are critical to be able to deliver the exceptional personalized service that our patients expect. The primary responsibilities of this role include scheduling, treatment plan presentation, insurance verification, as well as the establishing financial arrangements with patients. Dental experience is a must. A knowledge of Eaglesoft is a plus. Eager to add highly qualified candidate to our dental team.
