Job Duties: • Provide dental treatments to patients, including routine cleaning, extractions, dental fillings, cavity and tooth decay treatments, teeth whitening, and bonding. • Experience leading a dental team to enhance time management, production and patient satisfaction. • Strong diagnostic skills and well versed in all areas of dentistry. • Educate patients on the importance of maintaining proper oral health and outlining goals for both medical and dental health considerations. • Practice and follow infection control and OSHA regulations. • Build a strong rapport with all patients. • Execute company standards, processes, and procedure to ensure quality of service and a consistent patient experience. Physical Requirements: Required to sit, stand, walk, bend, twist frequently throughout the day. May be required to lift up to 40 pounds, as needed.
