We are looking for a passionate and experienced Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our team. Job Description: As a Dental Treatment Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting patients throughout their treatment journey, ensuring they understand their options, and helping them navigate financial arrangements. You will collaborate closely with the dental team to deliver exceptional service, handle patient inquiries, and support office operations. Key Responsibilities: Schedule and confirm patient appointments Present treatment plans and explain options to patients Assist with insurance verification and billing processes Ensure accurate patient records and documentation Coordinate patient follow-ups and treatment progress Handle patient inquiries with professionalism and empathy Work closely with the dentist and hygienists to ensure smooth patient flow Manage financial arrangements and payment plans Support front-office operations as needed Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a dental office setting Knowledge of dental terminology, treatments, and procedures Experience with treatment planning and financial coordination Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Proficiency in dental software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar) Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment Friendly, compassionate, and patient-focused attitude Dental assistant or office management experience is a plus Benefits: Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunities for career growth and development Supportive and collaborative work environment Paid time off and holidays Continuing education and training opportunities Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 8:30am - 5:00pm Thursday 7:30am - 4:00pm Lunch 1:00pm - 2:00pm
