Description

As a Practice Front Office Team Member, you will be responsible for performing a variety of patient facing, general front office duties. Additionally, you will ensure a positive patient experience by providing excellent customer service, maintaining a welcoming environment, and effectively communicating with patients and team members. Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred to better serve our patient community. Key Responsibilities • Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth • Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries • Verify insurance benefits and assist patients with understanding their coverage • Present treatment plans and discuss financial options • Accurately collect payments • Coordinate with clinical team members to ensure smooth patient flow • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed Minimum Eligibility Requirements • At least 1 year of dental front office experience • Experience working with dental insurance • Understand and communicate treatment plans • Must be detail orientated and organized • Ability to work independently as well as with a team • Must pass criminal background check • High School Diploma or GED Preferred Experience • Bilingual -English/Spanish • Eaglesoft software experience. • Understanding of basic financial concepts We Offer • Competitive Pay and Bonus Potential • Medical, Vision and Dental coverage offered • Paid Holidays and Vacation Time • Accident Coverage & Hospital Indemnity Coverage • 401k, Life Insurance, Short and Long Term Disability • Employee Discounts • Uniform allowance
