A caring presence, when teamed with advanced clinical skills, will provide for the delivery of excellent patient experience. For newer graduates, Zam Dental does offer peer-to-peer mentorship from our seasoned clinical staff and provides many opportunities for professional growth. Zam Dental offers a competitive salary between $175,000 and $300,000 per year, with options for a generous base guarantee or a percentage of collections.
