We are looking for an experienced, gentle individual to join our respected and well established pediatric dental office, we have an upbeat, active and happy environment. Front desk and business experience AND insurance knowledge (past experience working in a dental office) is required. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth patient experience from the initial consultation through treatment. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. As a Treatment Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating patient care, managing dental records, and providing exceptional customer service. Send a resume required. We are seeking a dedicated and organized Treatment Coordinator to join our healthcare team. Duties Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, guiding them through their treatment journey. Schedule appointments and manage the front desk operations to ensure efficient patient flow. Maintain accurate medical records and file documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations. Provide medical administrative support by preparing treatment plans and explaining procedures to patients. Utilize computerized systems to input patient information and track treatment progress. Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure all patient needs are met effectively. Address patient inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy. Assist in billing processes by verifying insurance information and processing claims as needed. Experience Previous experience in a medical or dental office setting is preferred. Familiarity with ICD-9 coding and medical terminology is a plus. Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive patient experiences. Proficiency in using office software and computerized systems for record keeping. Experience as a dental receptionist or in a similar role is advantageous. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
