We are looking for someone that is passionate about dentistry and wants patients to have the best dental experience. This person should be meticulous, detail oriented, gentle and very good with patients. Someone that has initiative, a positive attitude and puts both their head and heart into their work and patient care. Has strong communication skills and uses emotional intelligence to work through challenges and issues. Keeps a positive attitude and willing to do what it takes to make it work while being passionate about helping the business grow. Skills required: - scheduling appointments, confirm upcoming visits, answering phones -Computer proficient: Outlook e-mail, Microsoft word, excel, etc., scanner/printer/fax function -Excellent patient communication skills via phone, in person, e-mail -Positive attitude, being optimistic with the rest of the team! -Willing to help out wherever needed -Always on time, not running out of the office -Focused on being part of the team.
