Dental Treatment Plan Coordinator Needed ASAP DENTAL EXPERIENCED REQUIRED: Full Time (Up to 32 hours per week) Tues-Friday. May work on Mondays when closed if wanting more hours. We are a private 2 doctor practice, no corporate drama. Small office that is always busy. Our busy general dental practice is seeking an experienced Treatment Plan Coordinator with an outgoing personality who works well in a team oriented environment. This can be a perfect position for a DA2 that is wanting to be more up front. You would be one of 3 front employees, as being overstaffed is super important to us. There will be little training available so hiring someone that knows the ends and outs of a general dental office is important to us. We have great hours of no nights or weekends. We offer PTO, paid holidays, paid birthday, provide uniform tops, EOY bonus, dental benefits, just no medical. Responsibilities include, but not limited to, checking patients in/out, collecting payments, scheduling, treatment planning, verifying insurance, etc. Tues/Wed - 8am-5pm Thurs/Fridays- 8am-3pm Closed Mondays Qualifications: Eaglesoft experience preferred and at least 2 year of experience in a dental office position. Great customer service skills, attention to detail of data entry and Punctuality is extremely important in this position. Professionalism, comfortable collecting payments and going over financial arrangements if needed. Salary is based on experience, Ideally we would love someone who is cross trained from front and back that can also assist and take x-rays if needed but not required. We are a really busy General two doctor practice and would love to meet our new team member soon! :)
