Our team is seeking a professional and motivated Dental Front Office team member to help manage the day-to-day administrative tasks of our busy office. Job Description: As a Dental Front Office team member, you will be the first point of contact for patients, offering excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth patient experience. You will manage appointments, verify insurance, handle patient billing, and maintain the organization of the front office. Key Responsibilities: -Greet and check in patients as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression. -Schedule and confirm patient appointments, including follow-ups and reminders. -Answer phone calls, respond to patient inquiries, and provide relevant information. -Verify and update patient insurance information, ensuring accurate billing and processing. -Prepare and process patient forms, including insurance verification, treatment consent forms, and medical histories. -Maintain and update patient records in the system. -Handle patient payments, billing inquiries, and provide cost estimates for dental procedures. -Coordinate with dental assistants and hygienists to ensure smooth patient flow throughout the day. -Assist in organizing and maintaining the office environment, keeping reception and waiting areas clean and welcoming. -Promote office services, including treatment plans and preventive care. -Maintain confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Qualifications: -Previous dental office experience is preferred. -Strong customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor. -Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. -Knowledge of dental insurance processes and terminology is a plus. -Proficient in using dental management software and basic office equipment (e.g., phone, fax, email). -Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. -Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. -Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team. -Positive attitude with a willingness to contribute to a supportive team environment.
